Overview

At Ruhigmers, LLC, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page provides instructions on how to request deletion of your data from our applications, including PostPerfectly and any other services we provide.

What Data We Collect

When you use our applications, we may collect and store:

  • Account information (email address, username)
  • Instagram account data (when you connect your Instagram account)
  • Analytics data related to your Instagram posts and engagement
  • Subscription and payment information (processed through Stripe)
  • Usage data and application preferences

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion

If you have an active account with PostPerfectly or any of our applications:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Click on "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your deletion request

This will immediately remove your account and schedule all associated data for permanent deletion.

Method 2: Email Request

If you prefer to request data deletion via email, or if you no longer have access to your account:

  1. Send an email to info@ruhigmers.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Instagram username (if applicable)
    • Which application(s) you used (e.g., PostPerfectly)

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information and credentials
  • All Instagram analytics data we've collected
  • Your application preferences and settings
  • Any other personal information associated with your account

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that certain data may be retained for legal or business purposes:

  • Payment Records: Transaction history may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law (typically 7 years)
  • Legal Compliance: Data necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be used to identify you personally

Instagram Data

When you disconnect your Instagram account or delete your account with us:

  • We immediately revoke our access to your Instagram account
  • All Instagram data we've collected is scheduled for permanent deletion
  • You may also need to revoke PostPerfectly's access directly in your Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites"

Timeline

Immediate: Account access is terminated immediately upon deletion request

30 Days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems

90 Days: Data is purged from backup systems and cannot be recovered
